Cancellations

Please give us 24 hours notice when altering appointments so we have a chance to refill the space. You may incur a charge should you not attend or cancel your appointment too late.

Appointment Reminder Calls

If you require a reminder call shortly before your treatment please inform us when you book the treatment.

Refreshments and meals

Complimentary tea, coffee, herbal teas, water and hot chocolate are available for you during your visit. If you require a snack or small meal, please inform us when you book.
